Spa bookings will only be accepted on receipt of credit card reference. Hotel residents may charge their treatments to their room.

Cancellation policy: 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. After this time 50% of the total treatment charge will be levied to your card. If less then 12 hours notice is given for cancellation, the full cost of treatment will be levied to your credit card.

Gift vouchers are valid for six months, unless otherwise stated from the date of purchase and are non transferable and non refundable. A deposit will be charged to every guest to cover robes/slippers etc. this will be credited to your account and return of same on settling your account.
